Health and Safety is a priority and is the direct responsibility of all management and supervisory staff. There are well established processes and procedures, detailed in the safety manual, and they are strictly adhered to by every employee. Safety is the most important criterion for the Performance Assessment of all.
Royal Continental Constructions employees who disregards Health and Safety procedures is subject to immediate disciplinary action.
